ADMISSION

a) Those who pass the H.S.C. Examination and  intend to seek admission into 1st year Higher Secondary classes may  apply on line by downloading the prescribed form   from web-site of www.dheOdisha.com from any computer with internet facilities  and they are to submit a hard copy of the application form in any   SAMS Resource Centre of Odisha  within 15 days from the date of publication of H.S.C. Result, published  by B.S.E., Odisha, Cuttack or before the last date for receipt of application which will be notified by the Dept. of  Higher Education , Govt. of Odisha.

b)The admission rules ,application fees, date of admission ,reservation weightage etc are available in the common prospectus which can be seen in website of www.dheOdisha.com.

Students admitted in to 1st year class are allowed to change subject in the same stream within 15 days from the commencement of the classes.

d) The students who have been promoted to the 2nd year of the Higher Secondary class  need not apply for admission to the same college. They will take re-admission within one month from the date of re-opening of the College after summer vacation.

Examination Result, published  by C.H.S.E. Odisha, Bhubaneswar or before the last date for receipt of application forms as per the notification of the Dept. of  Higher Education , Govt. of Odisha.

d) Hons. Selection will be made on merit basis as per the advice of the Department of Higher Education, Govt. of Odisha.

3. When the name of a student is struck off from the college Rolls for default in payment of the prescribed college dues or any other reason, he/she can be admitted with re-entry fee as applicable.

The girl students, SC/ST students and Physically Challenged students are exempted from the payment of tuition fees. The students are advised to deposit their college dues and hostel dues regularly as per the notification by the college authority from time to time to this effect.

4. On admission into the college a student shall pay the required fees for the registration of his/her name in the Council/University. The registration number will be issued to the students before filling up of the forms for Annual H.S. Examination /1st Degree examination.

The registration receipt is required to be produced at the time of filling up of the application form for Examination. It is also required in the examination hall. Hence, receipt must be kept with great care. In case of missing of registration receipt, the student can obtain the same from the C.H.S.E. / University office.
