Observation

COLLEGE FOUNDATION DAY:
The Foundation Day of the college is observed in the college on 28th August every year. The occasion has started from the academic session 1999-2000 with a view to introspecting the past and chalking out the future course of action regarding college affairs among the Teaching Staff , Non-teaching Staff , Governing Body members , students, well wishers of the college & the local dignitaries.
The specific significance of the occasion is that every year the college felicitates one from among the people whose contribution stands unique to bring about all-round development to the college.
THE LITERARY SOCIETY
There exists a literary society in the college named Sahitya Parisad. All the staff members and the students of the college are the ipso facto members of the society. Different literary meetings, Competitions and lectures are held on behalf of the Society every year. A “WALL MAGAZINE” named “ROOPANTARA” is published quarterly on behalf of the society to encourage the literary creativity of the students and staff members. The brilliant achievement of the society is the Annual literary Conference that has been taking place since the very inception of the college.
